An Introduction

Hi, my name is Mary Davis, and I am Mary Go Round Quilts.  I have been quilting for 25 years, and still going strong.  I started this website because I want to accomplish two things:

First, this is the place where I promote my own quilts and designs.  I want to share with you what I have learned from my years of quilting, and what I’m working on now.  Second, I wanted to create a space where I can spotlight quilters, pattern designers and fabric designers of color.  Click on my membership page for more information about receiving quilt patterns from designers of color and other great content.  I’ve got lots of fun in store!

Welcome to my blog!

My name is Mary Davis, and I am the creative force behind Mary Go Round Quilts.

I have always been a crafty person.  My mom liked to sew and crochet and she taught me and my sisters to do the same at an early age.  I remember every Christmas, we got some sort of craft kit and I couldn’t wait to open it and get started.

Do you want to learn more of what is happening with people of color in the quilting world?  In my membership we celebrate our love of quilting and learning.
