Meet Deidre Wilson of Lila Bean Quilts. Deidre is the featured designer of color for November 2022. Deidre is an up and coming pattern designer, and brings with her the Bouncing Diamonds quilt pattern. The pattern will be available in the membership exclusively for six months until May 1.
Deidre’s passion for quilting, colors, and fabric drives her to create new modern quilting patterns that are beginner and intermediate friendly. Deidre started quilting about 9 years ago in her spare time as she was working full time as a Registered Nurse. After becoming a stay at home mom to her now 3 young children, she decided to take her hobby to a whole new level and become a quilt pattern designer. Deidre hopes to inspire others to feel the joy and excitement in quilting as she does.
