What attendees experienced

More than just sessions

Beyond the workshops, FMQ Summit 2025 fostered a sense of community. Quilters shared progress, asked questions, and learned together in an environment designed to feel welcoming rather than overwhelming.

For many attendees, the Summit was as much about confidence and encouragement as it was about technique.

Looking ahead to FMQ Summit 2026

FMQ Summit 2025 laid the foundation for what’s next. Future Summits will continue to build on this spirit of learning, creativity, and community — bringing together new voices, fresh ideas, and the same supportive approach that makes the FMQ Summit special.

From the FMQ Summit community

I learned so many practical quilting ideas and really appreciated the effort behind the Summit. Every speaker had something valuable to share.

Pat W.

As a beginner, I’d nearly given up. Watching the sessions in order and in bite-sized lessons made patterns feel possible and not overwhelming.

Vicki H

A wonderful variety of creative patterns and inspiration, with plenty to keep using after the Summit. I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Audrey P

Great information in short videos that fit my schedule perfectly. Each session taught something new and made me want to learn more from the teachers.

Beverly B.

Upgrading meant I could rewatch sessions I missed, which made this a truly worthwhile experience. Issues were resolved and I’d attend again.

Nancy E

Well organised with a wide range of useful topics and techniques. The speakers were knowledgeable and would be great to see again in future Summits.

Barbara H.

A brilliant way to connect with quilters worldwide and discover new ideas. The flexible access made time zones easy and stress-free.

Helen F.

A wonderful and genuinely useful workshop. What I learned will benefit both me and the people who receive the quilts I make.

Carol K.

The bite-sized lessons were perfect and full of ideas. I’m excited to start trying what I learned and continue exploring the resources shared.
