I had such a fun time talking with Kelle Boyd, established surface pattern designer and fabric designer for Robert Kaufman Fabrics. She’s an amazing and talented young woman and an inspiration.
BIO: After years of working in public policy, Kelle Boyd returned to her childhood love of art. Her passion was rekindled when she went to the store to purchase art supplies as a stress reliever. Who knew that two years later, in 2006, this would lead to the beginning of Ann Kelle Designs? Her colorful, fresh, and modern designs now appear on a variety of fabric, home decor and paper products found on the shelves of boutiques and stores around the world. Her work has been in stores such as Target, Barnes & Noble, QVC, and more. She lives and works in Nashville, Tennesse.
