How long have you been quilting? Unofficially since 2008 when I made my first quilt, but officially since 2012 when it became a full fledged passion.
How did you get started quilting? I started (officially) about a year after my son was born because I wanted to make him a quilt.
What is your favorite part of quilting? I really love piecing and pressing. Watching blocks come together is so fun.
What is your least favorite part of quilting? Cutting for sure, so I normally cut as I go rather than all at once.
Do you have a day job? If so, what do you do? Yep! I am the Social Media Manager for Aurifil Thread.
Do you design your own quilt patterns? I do! I have one pattern available right now and I’m working on my second one!
If you could have one superpower, what would it be and why? Probably super speed so that I could get all my mom life responsibilities done quickly, and then be able to quilt and sew more.
What three words best describe you? Kind, Cheerful, Determined
Which do you prefer: fat quarters or yardage? Yardage, I’m slowly phasing out fat quarters for 1/2 yard cuts because they’re more versatilefor my stash & use.
Favorite season? Spring for the weather, but Fall for the Halloween
